We provide fast and reliable shipping across Australia for all RC cars, parts, and accessories. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Australia Post, with both standard and express delivery options available at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 2–7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
We can ship to any address within Australia. International orders may be available depending on destination country regulations and shipping restrictions.
Please note that some items, such as LiPo batteries, cannot be shipped via air freight due to safety regulations and will be sent via road where required.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination through Australia Post unless otherwise specified.
We also offer convenient local pickup on the Gold Coast, as well as trackside pickup at selected South East Queensland RC tracks during race days and special events.
Where possible, we reuse and recycle boxes and protective packaging. We also aim to use biodegradable packaging materials whenever available to reduce environmental impact.
Fuel Shipping Notice:
We do not ship RC fuel under any circumstances. Due to limitations within our website, fuel purchases may incorrectly add a high shipping fee at checkout. If this occurs, we will process your order, remove the fuel item, and refund both the fuel cost and any excess shipping charges. RC fuel is available for pickup only (Gold Coast or trackside events).
Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
For certain brands (such as Tekin), defective items are required to be assessed and processed directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process rather than returned to us.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us first with your order details. We will confirm the correct process and provide guidance on how to proceed with the manufacturer.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
If your return is due to our error (you received an incorrect product) we will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately 5–10 business days after the item has been received and processed. This includes:
• Return transit time (typically 5–10 business days)
• Processing time once received (3–5 business days)
