RC-PROJECT DBLOCK Flywheel Nut

 DBlock returns to the market with RC-Project

Born from a historic DKT concept, DBlock is now reintroduced by RC-Project: a system designed to simplify and speed up clutch spring replacement while eliminating the risk of weakening or damaging the springs during installation or maintenance.

The system mainly consists of two nuts:

# First nut

Locks the flywheel and allows the installation of the three clutch shoes with springs in a simple, precise, and controlled way.

# Second nut

Locks the entire assembly, ensuring a quick, stable, and secure setup.

# With DBlock, clutch assembly and maintenance become faster, easier, and more reliable, significantly reducing the risk of damaging or overstressing the springs during the process.
