The 101 has different directional options. The V-forward provides maximum grip and side bite, while the V-backward provides slightly less grip and side bite.

“Black Magic” Means the Magic to have Grip faster on Track

For instance in the US, some of the tracks are cold, and not enough grip, but also wears out tires fast.

But when you use SS or US, or S it wear out fast!

US, grip come much faster, but doesn’t last long , 

so the Black Magic comes with a compound that will have GRIP come in faster and heat up the tire faster, more friction created, 

So for example the S take 3 mins to warm up the tires, to have the FULL GRIP, and BLACK Magic will only take 1.5 min.
